Directions：
1. Shampoo hair. Do not massage scalp. Towel blot for wrapped.
2. Wrap without tensions, especially around hairline. You can place cotton strip around hairline to absorb excess lotion.
3. Apply Perm Lotion to top and underside of each rod. Remove cotton strip when saturated and replace with fresh cotton strip.
4. To be sure each rod is saturated, cover rods with plastic cap and secure. Processing is at room temperature.
5. Test curl after 10 minutes. Average processing time is 15-25 minutes.
6. When the desired curl is achieved, removed the cap and rinse with water for a full 5 minutes.
7. Towels blot each rod to remove excess water.
8. Apply Neutralizer Lotion to each wound rods, be sure to completely saturate. Set time for 10-15 minutes.
9. Rinse with lukewarm water for a full 5 minutes. Remove rods without pulling or stretching hair. It is recommended to use Conditioner. Do not shampoo for 2 days after perm.
