How to use

Cold Perm Steps (Professional Process)
Consultation & Prep: Discuss desired curl, stylist checks hair health, wash with clarifying shampoo (no conditioner).
Sectioning: Hair is divided into manageable sections.
Wrapping: Hair is wrapped tightly around perm rods (size determines curl).
Solution Application: Alkaline perm solution is applied evenly to the wrapped hair.
Processing: Let it sit (10-20 mins), checking for an "S" shape as it processes.
Rinse: Thoroughly rinse the perm solution from the hair.
Neutralizer: Apply neutralizer to lock in the new curl shape.
Final Rinse & Rod Removal: Rinse again, remove rods, and rinse a final time.
