Leave hair Bouncy, Shiny and Healthy. PH Balancing Rinse (Conditioner). The rinse in specially for hair which has been treated with alkaline products. Return hair to its natural PH. Replenish lost moisture, oil and protein. Enhance shine and softness. The rinse is essential for maintaining beautiful hair.
